President: Dr. Ki Chae (ä±âº´), Associate Professor, Wheaton College: ki.chae@wheaton.edu Dr. Ki Chae is an Associate Professor and Director of the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Wheaton College, Wheaton, IL. He completed his doctoral work in Counselor Education and Supervision with a cognate in family counseling at the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA. He is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois and a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina, practicing at a group practice in IL.

Executive Director/KCA-International Exchange Committee Vice Chair: Dr. Donghun Lee (À̵¿ÈÆ), Assistant Professor, University of Texas at San Antonio: donghun.lee@utsa.edu Bio: Dr. Donghun Lee is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Counseling at the University of Texas at San Antonio. He has obtained his doctoral degree in Counselor Education and Supervision at the University of Arkansas. His primary research interests lie in the areas of professional identity and development, counselor burnout and wellness in relation to counseling efficacy, multicultural and social justice counseling, and dispositional assessment. He is currently serving as an Executive Director at the Korean Counseling Association – International Chapter (KCA-IC). He has an active member of diverse counseling associations and is currently serving as a reviewer for the International Journal for the Advancement of Counselling and Journal of Asia Pacific Counseling.

Educational Director I: Dr. Sojeong Nam (³²¼ÒÁ¤), Assistant Professor, University of New Mexico: snam@unm.edu Bio: Dr. Sojeong Nam is an Assistant Professor of Counselor Education at The University of New Mexico. Her line of research revolves around mental health disparities, including mental health literacy, help-seeking, and stigma among underserved populations, depression and suicidality among youth, and psychometric properties of instruments in counseling and counselor education.

Educational Director II: Dr. So Rin Kim (±è¼Ò¸°), Assistant Professor, University of Missouri – St. Louis: sorin.kim@umsl.edu Bio: Dr. So Rin Kim is an Assistant Professor of Counseling at University of Missouri - St. Louis and a nationally certified counselor. Her research agenda includes protective factors for underrepresented populations, neuro-informed counseling, and individuals with international backgrounds.

Communication Director: Dr. Isak Kim (±èÀÌ»è), Assistant Professor, University of Nebraska, Omaha: isakkim@unomaha.edu Bio: Dr. Isak Kim, Ph.D. is an assistant professor in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at the University of Nebraska – Omaha. His research focuses on interpersonal violence and trauma, youth mental health, and counselor education. Dr. Kim is also committed to multicultural counseling and expanding educational and other life opportunities for marginalized individuals.

Treasurer: Dr. Tae-Won Kim (±èÅ¿ø), Assistant Professor, Utah State University: tae.kim@usu.edu Bio: Dr. Tae-Won Kim is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at Utah State University. His research area includes relational factors, clinical supervision, and multi-cultural issues in counseling.

KCA-International Exchange Committee Chair: Dr. Hansori Jang (ÀåÇѼҸ®), Assistant Professor, Hankuk University of Foreign Studies: hansori.jang@hufs.ac.kr Bio: Dr. Hansori Jang is currently working as an assistant professor at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, South Korea. His research interests include social justice and career development considerations for marginalized populations.

Professional Development Committee Chair: Dr. Jeongwoon Jeong (Á¤Á¤¿î), Assistant Professor, University of New Mexico: jjeong@unm.edu Bio: Dr. Jeongwoon Jeong is an Assistant Professor of Counselor Education in the Department of Individual, Family, and Community Education at The University of New Mexico. He received a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision and an M.A. in Educational Measurement and Statistics from the University of Iowa. His scholarly work mainly focuses on the mental health and addiction issues of marginalized populations, multicultural counseling, multicultural counselor education, and the counseling self-efficacy of counselors and counselors-in-training. Currently, he serves as an editorial board member of the International Journal for the Advancement of Counseling and on the peer review board of the Journal of International Students.

Administrative Assistant: Cheolwoo Park, University of Florida: cheolwoopark@ufl.edu Bio: Cheolwoo Park is currently a second-year doctoral student in the Counseling and Counselor Education program at the University of Florida. His research interest includes attachment, complex trauma, particularly relational and developmental trauma, family and couple dynamics, marriage and family counseling, multicultural competence and social justice, assessment development, and program evaluation.
