The Office of ICER announces that the 23rd International Conference on Education Research (ICER) will be held from October 11 to 13, 2023, Hoam Faculty House Convention Center, Seoul National University, South Korea.

The 23rd International Conference on Education Research (ICER) theme is "Educational Restoration and Growth: Resilience, Advocacy, and Empowerment."

Please consider submitting a proposal to present at ICER 2023.

All proposal must be submitted through the website (http://icer.snu.ac.kr) and the abstract submission deadline is February 28, 2023.
